Roger C. McMenamin, Founding Partner

Roger is the founding partner of McMenamin & Wing, LLC. Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, he has the grit to get the job done. After completing his undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College in 1991, Roger graduated Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1994. With more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Roger has done and seen it all, allowing him to handle even the most complicated of cases. Roger is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® for Workers’ Compensation for 2023. 
 
 
 
 

Thomas H. Wing, Managing Partner

Tom is the managing partner of McMenamin & Wing, LLC. Born and raised in Delaware County and longtime resident of Philadelphia, he has what it takes to handle your case. After completing his undergraduate degree at West Chester University in 2012, Tom graduated Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2015. With nearly 10 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Tom has the knowledge to take on the tough cases. Tom is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Workers’ Compensation since 2020.
 

Jay Elliott Shor, Senior Counsel

Jay is Senior Counsel at McMenamin & Wing, bringing over 50 years of experience in representing injured workers and their families. Previously, he was the managing partner at a prominent workers’ compensation firm.

Jay is a distinguished member of multiple legal organizations including the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Bar Association and its Judiciary Committee.

Renowned for his pivotal role in the full settlement of workers’ compensation claims, Jay’s advocacy led to the enactment of a 1996 law allowing injured workers to settle their claims comprehensively. His vision transformed the handling and settlement of these cases, earning him recognition within the Pennsylvania legal community.

Jay holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Pennsylvania State University (1964) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh (1971). A graduate of Northeast High School in Philadelphia, he also served in the United States Army in 1968. His early career includes roles as counsel with Community Legal Services in Philadelphia and as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, where he became Chief of Trials.
